E-Inobus, the Electric Bus that will be the feeder bus for the 2022 G20 Bali Summit

 Busworld SEA 2022 is an exhibition event that focuses on electric vehicles. Many cars and buses are exhibited at this event, starting with the Wuling electric car, and the BYD Bus from China.

However, there is something different, namely the electric  Bus made in Indonesia, the result of a collaboration between PT INKA and the Malang Tentrem Body.

PT INKA is working on the chassis, starting with the drive train, including the battery, motor, inverter, and control components, as well as the VCU (Vehicle Control Unit)

However, there are several components imported from China and Taiwan such as fuse components and others, as well as electric motor technology using European brands.

In terms of the body of this electric bus, the Body of Tentrem is working on it. With stainless steel material, then the skin is made of aluminum so it is lighter, but strong and rust-resistant. This bus can accommodate 26 seated passengers and 23 standing passengers.

The E-Inobus bus has been developed since 2020 with a size of 8 meters. Now it is refined to 12 meters and will be used as the main feeder at the G20 Bali Summit. After that, INKA hopes that this Bus can be commercialized soon.
